It is a well-known fact that Versailles is a popular and iconic castle with 10,000 visitors per day. It is well known that Louis XIV wanted a huge castle and incredible gardens. Discover the high lives of the rich and famous of the 17th and 18th centuries. The favorites of kings, the chic courtesans, the refined queens no longer hold any secrets for me. I devoted a chapter of my book in French "Belles  Rebelles"  (beautiful and rebellious) to the one who shaped the glorious Louis XIV, the splendid Madame de Montespan. And I wrote another chapter on the legendary Marie-Antoinette. So I'm going to tell you the gossip and secret love stories behind the closed velvet doors of the Palace of Versailles.
